Welcome to the
NCORDA online wage and benefit survey.
The
purpose of the survey is to have an accurate record of the wages and benefits
which can be used for industrial attraction efforts and the region's retention
and expansion of local firm programs.
The survey is being conducted on a multi-county basis
for two reasons: (1) so that confidentiality can be maintained and (2) to get
an accurate picture of the region's wages and benefits.
We understand the sensitive nature of
the information you will provide and the results of this survey will be
held in strictest confidence. The summary reports that will show on this
web site will not identify participating companies in any way.
